Our Mission Statement

Our Mission is to create smart communities combining affordable housing solutions that focus on economic and environmental impact. We will accomplish this by connecting tech with livability and creating sustainable solutions like renewable energy, off-grid power supply, and AI-driven smart home solutions. Primarily we will focus on moderate-income families and communities through real-estate development, then expand. We will carve out programs to encourage homeownership, architectural planning, building and construction, credit repair, financial literacy, loan modifications, and education through artificial cloud-based technology and machine learning. Individuals who are currently renters will learn about sustainability and homeownership. If they want to remain renters, we will provide more energy efficient options to help eliminate some of the financial burdens placed on low to moderate income families. ATLAHP understands the importance of educating people about Fintech and the future that is forever changing in front of us. We will revitalize preserve and rebuild our communities creating unlimited possibilities around the city.

    Our Vision: take a microscopic look into underutilized use of public land and properties in Region 3 of Atlanta for housing development; and stop the gentrification by large development companies in black and brown neighborhoods. Disrupt the spreading of the African American diaspora throughout the inner cities by aligning our effort with One Atlanta Housing Developments Plan. We will leverage Federal & Statewide financial resources, philanthropic efforts, Private Equity investors and humanitarians to create and preserve twenty plus thousand doors needed for affordable housing, homeless people, veterans, and single mothers by 2026.
